Where might everyone acquire vacuum gasket material? And what size is typically used for misc jigs? Thanks |

I got some of the D shaped material from lmi which worked great. I've also used regular rectangle cross section closed cell window gasket stuff. Works great too. Basically any closed-cell material will work. |

Thanks Pat, I was looking to buy in bulk. LMI's price of $4 per ft would get expensive as I'll be building quite a few jigs. |

Yea, definitely just buy regular closed cell weather strip. I have been wanting to try some from Joe Woodworker veneering supply. It looks denser and more low profile. Maybe tougher. |
